Adults Spring Dryland Training 2022

This is an excellent program to build on your strength and fitness to prepare for the on-water season. 

Members from all our adult programs are welcome to register and bring guests.


Schedule & Member Price:   

Wednesday evening session:

$20  for Wednesdays 

90 minute sessions  

Eastdale Secondary School gymnasium

Saturday morning session

no charge

optional 50/50 draws may be done on Saturday mornings 

50% to the winner, 50% for the coaches
