Come paddle with us at our Introductory Indoor Dragon Boat sessions at the Welland International Flatwater Centre.

90 minute sessions, 45-minutes in the gym and 45-minutes in the indoor paddle tank.

Sessions are Mondays December 4, 11, and 18

Time: 4:30pm-6:00pm

$40.00 for all 3 sessions

Prices for the full winter training will be prorated to match your start date.

Please wear indoor shoes in the gym and paddle tank area.
Gym equipment, including paddles, are to be returned to their proper location at the end of a practice.
Gym equipment in the fitness area is to be wiped down.
Weights are to be stored in the proper area.
Change rooms are left clean with no damage to lockers, garbage is in its proper place, etc.
